Arguably one of the most popular collegiate basketball programs in the world, UNC Chapel Hill’s Dean E Smith Center is the home to the UNC Chapel Hill Men’s Basketball Team. Outside of this iconic arena is several grass lawns used for tailgating throughout the year, but most notably during the Men’s Basketball Season. After fighting natural grass for years, UNC Chapel Hill decided to make the switch to artificial grass. One section of the area is built with ABC Stone to allow for showcasing of sponsor vehicles (Mercedes Benz, BMW, Ford) during events.
